Tangerine

November every year is the harvest season for ponkan, especially the fruits that mature in low temperatures (20℃) or in an environment with a large temperature difference between day and night. They are yellow with a hint of red, have a strong fragrance, are juicy and sweet, and are rich in flavonoids, dietary fiber and vitamin C. Freshly picked ponkan are now on the market. The fruits are heavy and taste sour and sweet. They are the best representative of seasonal fruits in winter. The fruits are complete and plump, bright orange-yellow in color, clean on the surface, free of rot, bruises, diseases, insects and other damage, and have a sweetness of 10~11°Brix or above.
