Pineapple
Pineapples are originally tropical fruits, and Taiwan's pineapple varieties are mainly selected by agricultural research institutes to be fresh varieties suitable for growing in Taiwan's subtropical regions, with Tainong No. 17 as the main variety. Its flesh is fine-textured, with an acidity of less than 0.5% and a sugar-acid ratio of 30-50. It has a unique pineapple flavor, the core is edible, and the whole fruit is highly edible.
